In a Blink of an Eye

Happy Friday to all! It's pretty gloomy today. I hate and love gloomy days. If I don't have to be out running errands and I'm home in my PJs with my dogs by my side, I don't care if it is pouring outside. If I do have be out, I hate it. I don't know what it is. Maybe it's the horrible drivers out there? Ha!

Enjoying this day "off" from running errands

This is going to be a short post (sort of). I decided I'm going to be posting about everything in my life. I'll posts recipes, my daily activities, products I love or hate. I'm talking about EVRYTHING, so be prepared. Of course I'll talk about the number one reason why I started this blog, my infertility journey. Just want to share what I do everyday because in a blink of an eye, our days, weeks, and year, go by so fast. Enjoy everyday you have with your family and friends.

Yesterday was my mom's "25th" birthday...haha! I took her to Texas Land and Cattle. She was craving a T-Bone steak, so what birthday girl wants, birthday girl gets. I had a chicken salad because I'm not a huge meat eater. I bought her a Nothing Bundt Cake because she's never had one. She loved it! I hope she had a great time. Oh and my dad joined us for lunch as well. I love my parents. They are amazing people. Hardworking, loving, caring, and awesome people. I'm really blessed to have them as my parents.

In the evening, my awesome hubs took me to the movie theatre to watch The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. I read the books 4 years ago and was so excited to hear they were developing the novels into films. I loved Mockingjay Part 1 and can't wait till it comes out on video so I can buy it for my collection. Of course, the ending left you wanting more. Only 364 days till Mockingjay Part 2.  Haha! My poor hubs is such a trooper. He said the movie was ok, but not something he enjoys watching. What a sweet man to take me to watch it. I love him!

He's pretending he's not having fun, haha!

Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? I would love to hear what you all have planned. Thanks for stopping by!
